Refund and Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a booking.

  1. Cancellation Policy
    • 7 Days Prior to Check-In:
      Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 90% refund of the total booking amount.
    • 3–6 Days Prior to Check-In:
      Cancellations made 3–6 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
    • Less Than 3 Days Prior to Check-In:
      No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date.
  2. No-Show Policy
    • In the case of a no-show (failure to check in without prior cancellation), no refund will be provided.
  3. Early Departure
    • Guests who choose to leave before the end of their booking period will not be eligible for any refund for the unused nights.
  4. Refund Process
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
  5. Non-Refundable Bookings
    • Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be labeled as non-refundable. In such cases, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  6. Modification of Booking
    • Date modifications are allowed based on availability and may be subject to additional charges.
    • If modifications are not possible, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
  7. Force Majeure
    • In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), refund eligibility will be determined at the discretion of the management.
