- Cancellation Policy
- 7 Days Prior to Check-In:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 90% refund of the total booking amount. - 3–6 Days Prior to Check-In:
Cancellations made 3–6 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount. - Less Than 3 Days Prior to Check-In:
No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date.
- 7 Days Prior to Check-In:
- No-Show Policy
- In the case of a no-show (failure to check in without prior cancellation), no refund will be provided.
- Early Departure
- Guests who choose to leave before the end of their booking period will not be eligible for any refund for the unused nights.
- Refund Process
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
- Non-Refundable Bookings
- Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be labeled as non-refundable. In such cases, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- Modification of Booking
- Date modifications are allowed based on availability and may be subject to additional charges.
- If modifications are not possible, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
- Force Majeure
- In the event of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), refund eligibility will be determined at the discretion of the management.
