- Each cottage has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be adhered to.
- Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
- Pets Policy:
- Pets are not allowed. If allowed, they must be leashed at all times.
- Smoking and Alcohol:
- Smoking inside the cottage is not allowed.
- Alcohol consumption must comply with the management’s guidelines.
- Force Majeure:
The management will not be held responsible for cancellations due to natural calamities, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
- Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- Disputes:
In case of any disputes, the jurisdiction will lie within the courts of [City/State].
